An almost exact replica of the Sutton Hoo great buckle. Made in the same fashion as the original with swivelling loop and tongue-plate, the opening back of the buckle body is held securely by three sliding catches. The crisp detail of the zoomorphic interlace pattern shows off the height of Anglo-Saxon Style II metalwork beautifully. Gold plating gives this magnificent buckle a lustre that is just not achievable with plain bronze. Click on the picture for a larger view.
Complete with velvet-lined hardwood presentation box, this buckle makes an excellent collectors' item or the most ostentatious belt kit available!
£150 each plus post and packing.
These helms are excellent quality and probably represent the best value for money when it comes to Sutton Hoo helm replicas. At £500 each with stand you no longer have to take out a second mortgage to own a good copy of the most famous Dark Age helm of them all. The helms in stock have had the 'blued' finish on the crown upgraded to a highly-polished silver colour. Click the picture for a larger view. I have the black based sample (possibly the only one in existance), as pictured, and the production model which is silver coloured.

Fancy a change from your nondescript nasal helm? From the same workshop as the Sutton Hoo replica (above) comes an outstanding copy of the Coppergate helm found in Eoforwic (York). With crisp gilt-bronze castings for the nasal, eyebrows and crown strips, and a rivetted mail neck curtain this spectacular helm is worth every penny of the £500 cost.
